After-sales service in RAP SEV
In order to protect the after-sale rights and interests of overseas consumers, including providing timely after-sales service, effective management and technical training for partners, RAP SEV will adopt one-to-one cooperation with local partners to set up overseas maintenance service and create a wide range of after-sales network. The main services are as below:
Timely technical support. (For example: quality problems before delivery to customers, poor contact of some parts, etc.)
Provide timely after-sales parts supply by establish parts center or parts warehouse with partners.
Provide technical training for repairers of partners and customers in RAP SEV, including maintenance projects of machinery and electrical appliances.
